Client

A Client is the individual participating in the legal matter and might also be referred to as the Claimant or Class Member. A client's user role is tied to the Group Member Portal. To gain access to the Group Member Portal, the Client establishes their account during registration, which is self-service; no support is required by the Workspace Administrator unless it is necessary to "unlock" the account.
